    I have had 3 pregnancies. All three began with a race. My first baby I did a half marathon. Second a full marathon. And my third baby I did an ironman. Then, with all my pregnancies, my doctor advised me to exercise less and gain weight. I gained 60 pounds with each pregnancy. I lost it every time but it took a toll on me. Weight gain is very damaging to my emotional state. I am hoping for baby #4 soon but don’t want to gain 60 lbs and don’t want to slow exercise. But I do want to be safe for my baby. I am changing doctors to hopefully get a new perspective.
